Ms. Zarmeena Malik is currently working as a Lecturer at Institute of Business & Management, University of Engineering & Technology Lahore. She has graduated with an MBA from University of Central Punjab (UCP). She secured first position in BBA (Hons.) in UCP, remained on dean’s list throughout her undergraduate degree program and was awarded merit scholarship. She is interested in exploring various influences on consumer behavior as well as the role of FOMO (Fear of Missing Out) in Digital Marketing and its impact on Millennials’ Consumption. At the core of her teaching philosophy is the passion to make positive difference by facilitating students in realizing their potentials and encouraging them to pursue their ambitions. She believes that her responsibility in class goes beyond imparting knowledge of fundamental contents of course and it also includes fostering critical thinking skills, creating curiosity and an interest in learning among students. She focuses on maintaining an environment in class that is interactive and conducive to learning.
