Amna Niazi is is affiliated with teaching profession from more than 10 years. She has arranged many trainings sessions of research and professional development for the enhancement of knowledge of faculty and students. She earned her PhD (Management Sciences) from FAST (National University of Computer and Emerging Sciences) Lahore. During her PhD she was also nominated for the IVLP Program by the US Embassy for Youth Empowerment trainings in USA where she visited and received different trainings in Harvard University, University of Alabama, Dartmouth College, University of California, Los Angeles and many other institutions. She is an active researcher with articles published in multiple journals. She is also a reviewer of Global Management Journal for Academic & Corporate Studies (GMJACS) (ISSN: 2219-6145) (“Y” Category HEC Research Journal) and FAST-NU Research Journal (ISSN:2313-7045). She also performed duties as a discussant at the first FAST conference, Lahore campus. To make students and faculty member know the importance of research in the true sense she has conducted seminars to impart in-depth knowledge of research at University of Engineering and Technology. She has also conducted training on quantitative analysis at Bahria University, Lahore, Campus. Her area of interest is organizational Justice, Trust and Commitment.
